- Processing payments and issuing invoices and receipts
- Compliance with legal, regulatory and contractual obligations (including IATA, STB and MAS requirements)
- Sending service updates, travel alerts and notifications directly related to your booking
- Marketing communications — only with your prior consent and subject to your right to opt out at any time
- Improving our services, website and client experience
- Fraud prevention, security and audit purposes
- Statutory reporting obligations under Singapore law
Notification Obligation (PDPA Section 20): We will notify you of the purposes for which your data is collected before or at the time of collection, unless an exception under the PDPA applies.

- Payment processors — banks and payment gateways for processing transactions
- Government authorities — Singapore Tourism Board, Immigration & Checkpoints Authority, IRAS, Police Force, PDPC or other regulatory bodies where required by law
- Professional advisors — lawyers, auditors and accountants under strict confidentiality obligations
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal data to any third party for their own marketing purposes under any circumstances.
7. Cross-Border Data Transfers
Your personal data may be transferred outside Singapore to fulfil your travel bookings (e.g. to airlines, hotels and embassies in other countries). Where such transfers occur, we will ensure that the recipient country or organisation provides a comparable standard of data protection, or we will obtain your consent, in accordance with PDPA Section 26.
8. Data Retention
We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by law:
- Booking and ticketing records: 7 years (as required by IRAS for tax purposes)
- Visa application documents: 3 years after the visa application is processed
- Financial and payment records: 7 years (as required by Singapore Companies Act)
- Marketing consent records: Until consent is withdrawn
- Website visitor data: 12 months
9. Your Rights Under the PDPA
You have the following rights in respect of your personal data:
- Right of Access (Section 21): Request access to your personal data held by us

Terms & Conditions
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between Victory Travel Pte Ltd ("Victory Travel", "we", "us", "our") and any client, customer or user ("you", "Client") who engages our travel, visa or technology services. By making a booking, submitting an enquiry, or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms in full.
Victory Travel Pte Ltd is incorporated in Singapore (UEN: 199501042K), holds an IATA accreditation, is licensed by the Singapore Tourism Board (STB-00959), and is an appointed agent of Singapore Airlines. We are subject to IATA Passenger Sales Agency Rules, STB Travel Agent Licensing Regulations and all applicable Singapore laws.
Important: Please read these Terms carefully before using our services. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, please do not engage our services.
PART A — GENERAL TERMS
1. Definitions
- "Services" means all travel management, ticketing, visa processing, hotel booking, ground transport, MICE coordination, SaaS platform, API integration, B2B portal and related services provided by Victory Travel.
- "Booking" means any reservation made by Victory Travel on your behalf for flights, hotels, transport, visa or any other travel-related service.
- "Supplier" means any third-party provider of travel services including airlines, hotels, transport companies, embassies, visa centres and insurance companies.
- "Total Price" means the total amount payable by the Client inclusive of service fees, supplier costs, taxes and applicable government levies.
- "Force Majeure Event" means any event beyond the reasonable control of Victory Travel, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, war, terrorism, government actions, airline insolvency or border closures.
2. Agency Relationship
Victory Travel acts as an agent on your behalf in arranging travel services provided by third-party Suppliers. We are not the principal provider of flights, hotels, transport or visa decisions. Our role is limited to facilitating bookings and processing applications on your behalf.
Victory Travel is not liable for the acts, omissions, failures, negligence or default of any Supplier, including airlines, hotels, embassies or visa processing centres.
3. Bookings & Confirmation
- All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by the relevant Supplier.
- A booking is only confirmed upon receipt of full payment (or agreed deposit) and issuance of a written confirmation by Victory Travel.
- You are responsible for ensuring that all passenger details (names, passport numbers, dates of birth) provided to us are accurate and match travel documents exactly. Victory Travel accepts no liability for losses arising from incorrect information provided by the Client.
- Prices quoted are valid at the time of quotation only and are subject to change until payment is received and booking is confirmed.
- All prices are quoted in Singapore Dollars (SGD) unless otherwise stated.
4. Payment Terms
- Full payment is required at the time of booking unless a deposit arrangement has been agreed in writing.
- Accepted payment methods include cash, bank transfer, credit card and PayNow. Credit card payments may be subject to a processing surcharge.
- For corporate clients, payment terms are subject to a separate Corporate Travel Agreement.
- Victory Travel reserves the right to cancel any unconfirmed booking if payment is not received by the agreed deadline.
- All bank charges, currency conversion fees or transaction fees are the responsibility of the Client.
5. Cancellations & Amendments by Client
- All cancellation and amendment requests must be submitted in writing to victorytravel@singnet.com.sg.
- Cancellation and amendment fees are determined by the Supplier's fare rules and are not within Victory Travel's control. Such fees may be up to 100% of the booking value.
- Victory Travel's service fee is non-refundable in all cancellation and amendment scenarios.
- Non-refundable tickets, promotional fares and special fares cannot be refunded or amended unless permitted by the airline under exceptional circumstances.
- Refunds from Suppliers (where applicable) will be processed within the timeline set by the Supplier and may take 4–12 weeks.
- Victory Travel will deduct any applicable service fees and bank charges before remitting refunds to the Client.
6. Cancellations by Suppliers
In the event that a Supplier cancels, reschedules or significantly alters a booking (including flight cancellations, schedule changes, hotel closures), Victory Travel will:
- Notify you as soon as practicable upon receiving information from the Supplier
- Use reasonable efforts to assist you in obtaining a refund or alternative arrangement from the Supplier
- Not be liable for any consequential losses, expenses or damages arising from Supplier cancellations
7. Travel Insurance
Victory Travel strongly recommends that all clients purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering cancellation, medical emergencies, baggage loss, travel delays and COVID-19 related disruptions. Victory Travel accepts no liability for any losses that would have been covered by travel insurance.
Where Victory Travel arranges travel insurance on your behalf, the policy terms and conditions of the insurer shall govern. Victory Travel acts only as an agent of the insurer and is not responsible for the settlement of any insurance claims.
8. Client Responsibilities
- Ensuring all travel documents (passports, visas, identity cards) are valid for the duration of travel and meet the requirements of all countries to be visited
- Passports must be valid for at least 6 months beyond the travel return date for most international destinations
- Checking all booking confirmations, e-tickets and itineraries immediately upon receipt and reporting any discrepancies within 24 hours
- Arriving at airports and departure points at the required times
- Complying with all health, customs, immigration and entry requirements of countries visited
- Obtaining all necessary vaccinations and health declarations required for travel
- Ensuring their own fitness to travel
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Singapore law:
- Victory Travel's total liability to any Client shall not exceed the total service fees paid by the Client to Victory Travel for the specific booking giving rise to the claim.
- Victory Travel is not liable for any indirect, consequential, special, punitive or incidental damages including loss of profit, loss of enjoyment, loss of opportunity or any other economic loss.
- Victory Travel is not liable for losses arising from Force Majeure Events, including pandemics, natural disasters, government travel bans, airline insolvency or acts of terrorism.
- Victory Travel is not liable for the quality, safety, fitness for purpose or performance of any Supplier's services.
- Victory Travel is not liable for visa rejections by any embassy, consulate or immigration authority. Visa application fees and service fees are non-refundable regardless of the outcome.
- Victory Travel is not liable for losses arising from the Client's failure to hold valid travel documents or comply with immigration requirements.
PART B — VISA SERVICES TERMS
10. Visa Application Services
Victory Travel provides visa application assistance as an intermediary between the Client and the relevant embassy, consulate or visa processing centre. The following terms apply to all visa services:
- Victory Travel does not guarantee the approval of any visa application. Visa decisions are made solely at the discretion of the relevant embassy, consulate or immigration authority.
- All visa fees (embassy/consulate fees, VFS/AVAC centre fees) and Victory Travel service fees are non-refundable regardless of whether the visa is approved or rejected.
- The Client is responsible for providing all required documents accurately and in a timely manner. Victory Travel is not responsible for delays or rejections caused by incomplete, inaccurate or late document submission by the Client.
- Processing times stated are estimates provided by the relevant authorities and are subject to change without notice. Victory Travel accepts no liability for delays in processing.
- The Client must attend biometric appointments (at VFS Global, AVAC or equivalent centres) as scheduled. Missed appointments may result in additional fees payable by the Client.
- Victory Travel is not liable for visa rejection, cancellation or revocation by any authority.
- Clients are advised to apply for visas with sufficient lead time. Victory Travel recommends applying at least 6–8 weeks before the intended travel date for complex visas (Schengen, USA, Australia).
PART C — CORPORATE & B2B TERMS
11. Corporate Travel Management
- Corporate clients must execute a separate Corporate Travel Agreement setting out agreed service levels, credit terms, reporting requirements and pricing structures.
- Corporate accounts are subject to a credit limit as agreed in writing. Victory Travel reserves the right to suspend services if invoices are not settled within agreed payment terms.
- All corporate bookings made by authorised travel requesters are binding on the corporate client.
- Data shared under corporate arrangements is subject to our Privacy Policy and any applicable data processing agreement.
12. B2B Portal & Technology Services
- Access to Victory Travel's B2B portal, SaaS platform or API services is subject to a separate B2B Service Agreement.
- B2B partners are responsible for ensuring their use of the platform complies with all applicable laws and IATA regulations.
- Victory Travel reserves the right to suspend or terminate B2B access for breach of terms, non-payment or misuse of the platform.
- Victory Travel provides the technology platform on an "as available" basis and does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible.
- B2B partners may not resell or sublicense Victory Travel's technology without prior written consent.
PART D — GENERAL LEGAL PROVISIONS
13. Intellectual Property
All content on our website including text, logos, graphics, design, software and data compilations is the property of Victory Travel Pte Ltd or its licensors and is protected under Singapore copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify or republish any content without prior written consent from Victory Travel.
14. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Victory Travel Pte Ltd, its directors, officers, employees and agents from and against any claims, losses, damages, costs and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
- Your breach of these Terms
- Your provision of inaccurate or fraudulent information
- Your violation of any applicable law or third-party rights
- Any misuse of our services, website or B2B platform
15. Force Majeure
Victory Travel shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations where such failure or delay results from a Force Majeure Event. In such circumstances, Victory Travel will use reasonable efforts to minimise the impact on affected Clients and to facilitate alternative arrangements where possible, but cannot guarantee any particular outcome.
16. Complaints & Dispute Resolution
- All complaints must be submitted in writing to victorytravel@singnet.com.sg within 14 days of the issue arising.
- We will acknowledge complaints within 3 business days and aim to resolve them within 21 business days.
- Unresolved disputes may be referred to the Singapore Tourism Board (STB) or the Singapore Mediation Centre (SMC) for mediation before commencing legal proceedings.
- Clients may also refer disputes to the Consumers Association of Singapore (CASE) or the Small Claims Tribunal where applicable.
17. Anti-Money Laundering & Compliance
Victory Travel complies with the Corruption, Drug Trafficking and Other Serious Crimes (Confiscation of Benefits) Act (CDSA) and all applicable anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing (CTF) regulations in Singapore. We reserve the right to:
- Request proof of identity and source of funds for high-value transactions
- Decline or cancel transactions that raise AML/CTF concerns without liability
- Report suspicious transactions to the relevant Singapore authorities as required by law
18. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts, unless otherwise agreed in writing by both parties.
19. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
20. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with any booking confirmation, corporate travel agreement or B2B service agreement, constitute the entire agreement between Victory Travel and the Client with respect to the subject matter herein and supersede all prior agreements, representations and understandings.
21. Amendments to Terms
Victory Travel reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on our website. Continued use of our services after the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
